The Eye Center is conveniently located on the first floor of the Countryside West Medical Center (a tan two story building). This is south of Countryside Hospital on the west side of North McMullen Booth Road.

The Eye Center is located on North McMullen Booth Road (611) between Curlew Road and 580
From the South: From Gulf to Bay (Hwy 60) head north on 611 (North McMullen Booth Road). The Eye Center is north of 580 on the left side of the road (1 block south of Mease Countryside Hospital)
From the North: Head south on Little Road until you reach Mitchell Blvd. Turn Right on Mitchell Blvd and continue south and this road becomes McMullen Booth Road. The Eye Center is south of Curlew Road on the right (1 block south of Mease Countryside Hospital).
